Excellent customer service! I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size shirts and CS replaced them with the correct size and shipped back free of charge. That CS is hard to find these days!

The shirts are awesome. As a tall guy, I love the XLT option. When I received 3 pack order, one of the shirts had the wrong graphic on the back. I contacted them and they immediately sent out the right shirt with fast shipping. A+
I purchased these decals back in september and still haven't recieved them. They're in limbo at the usps in columbus oh. I contacted righteous wretch to see if they could do something to help me out...the short answer was..no. They have the tracking info and insurance on the package but tell me there's nothing they can do. REALLY?

We've checked the tracking information again, and USPS still shows your package as being processed at the Columbus, Ohio Distribution Center, with the last update on September 29. Unfortunately, there haven't been any further tracking updates.
At this point, we're unable to file an insurance claim because USPS has not marked the package as lost, and the tracking status still shows it as being processed. Although the shipment may be insured, reimbursement isn't automatic, and we have to follow USPS's claims process.
Since USPS advised you to contact us, we recommend continuing to monitor the tracking and contacting USPS again to ask what steps are available when a package has been stuck in processing for this long. We need USPS to establish the package's status before we can determine the appropriate resolution on our end.
We know this isn't the experience you expected, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. We want to get this resolved and appreciate your patience while we work through the process.

I ordered. 3-pack, and when they arrived, I got 2 of the same shirt, and then 1 other. I reached out and they sent me the missing shirt free of charge and let me keep the extra one. Great service. I’ll be back for sure!

Sure yeah. Shirts were shirts. Seem soft. Print seems good. Gonna see how they age, shrink, etc.

UPDATE:
Customer received what they ordered. They Didn't realize the All Things tee shirt was a 'front only' print, and also ordered the incorrect size.
I provided them with a size chart, and explained we have accurate mockups on our site.
I am doing what I can to make her happy.
